Roll Caged vehicles

  • Motorsport approved helmet (no mx or motorcycle helmets) 
  • Frontal Head Restraint (HANS device/Necksgen etc)
  • Bucket Seats
  • Min. 4-point harness
  • Min. SFI/FIA approved single layer fire retardant race suit
  • SFI/FIA approved fire proof race gloves
  • SFI/FIA approved fire proof racing boots

Please note: track cars require a metal sheet/Perspex fuel fire wall separating the boot from the cabin with any external fuel system present.

Factory Standard vehicles

Factory Standard vehicles can be viewed as street cars, interior and factory standard fuel system (no surge or external fuel tank modifications which could put yourself and any passengers at additional risk)
Stripped Vehicles uncaged cars that are stripped will be viewed as a factory standard car as long as they have no modified external fuel system present.
Stripped Vehicle with external fuel modifications, the same as above, however you are required to wear race boots and gloves
Please note there are different requirements on neck restraints /seat types and belts noted below.
Required Safety Gear

When using a reclinable seat
Foam Donut neck restraint
Lap and diagonal belt
When using a bucket seat
Frontal Head Restraint (HANS device/Necksgen etc)
Min. 4-point harness
"No lap diagonal belts are permitted in caged vehicles or vehicles with bucket style race seats."
Gloves are not mandatory for factory vehicles unless you have a modified fuel system.

Passengers
Passengers are required to adhere to the above PPE requirements and are only permitted in caged cars with adequate side intrusion bars.
